Own the end-to-end travel program, shaping supplier strategy and negotiations, guiding policy interpretation and compliance, and strengthening duty of care and risk mitigation.
Lead a high-impact portfolio including TMC, corporate card program, airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and expense tooling, using data and stakeholder partnerships to deliver savings and seamless experiences.
This role is Hybrid in downtown Seattle, WA and requires you to be in office 4 days per week.

Salary
Base: $121,000.00 - $199,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses; Benefits: 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more

5+ years of experience in corporate travel management
5+ years' experience with Global Travel or Meetings & Events management
5+ years' experience with Supplier Management
5+ years' experience with Analysis and reporting
5+ years managing outside service providers
5+ years people management
Proven track record of achieving travel category savings
Experience with travel and expense-related systems (e.g. Concur)
