  • Level 3 production support escalation

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Subscription Edition
  • 5+ years Microsoft PowerShell and scripting
  • Experience with Remedy ITSM or Service Now
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
  • Ability to work nights and weekends on-call
