The Finance Expert acts as a key operational partner translating strategic program objectives into detailed execution plans, analytics, and deliverables for regional entities.
Candidates must possess strong end-to-end controlling knowledge and be willing to travel up to 25% to support regional engagement and on-site implementation efforts.

Must-have
3–6 years finance transformation experience
ERP implementation support expertise
Cost Accounting and General Ledger knowledge
Financial process analysis and documentation
Testing coordination (FUT, SIT, UAT)
Data readiness and migration support
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP S/4HANA systems
Manufacturing or operations-driven environment background
Global matrixed environment experience
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
3–6 years experience in finance transformation or FP&A
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems preferred
