Job Summary

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to rectify equipment issues identified during inspections and provide quick response and support in diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance problems.
• Allocate maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities to team members based on skill levels and equipment needs, and supervise team performance.
• Drive TPM activities and best practices on the shop floor with focus on zero breakdown, zero quality issues, and zero safety deviations, and identify opportunities for digital projects, cost reduction, and Kaizen initiatives.
