  • You will own the Reliability metrics end-to-end, including definition, measurement, targets, and progress, while partnering with senior engineering leaders.
  • The position offers the opportunity to own a company-level KPI with high leverage affecting hundreds of engineers and millions of customers.

  • Excellent SQL proficiency
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Ability to build scalable data pipelines
  • Familiarity with SLIs and SLOs
  • Strong analytical depth and judgment

  • Previous engineering experience
  • Bias for impact over perfect models
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity

Key Requirements

  • Excellent SQL proficiency
  • Experience with Looker, Grafana, Lightdash, or Superset
