Job Summary
This role will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and scaling Gainsight to drive retention, expansion, and data-driven customer lifecycle management.
Serve as primary administrator and system owner for Gainsight, designing and maintaining health score frameworks, CTAs, playbooks, and lifecycle stages.
Work in a collaborative, global team environment with opportunities for growth and access to training and leadership programs.
