The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, and following facility procedures for medication management.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs, reporting medication errors, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
