Job Summary

  • Manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor, reporting to them.
  • Prepare a variety of foods in large quantities, following menus, portion control, and special diet requirements, while maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Cooperate with personnel in all departments, assist with serving meals, and ensure cleaning schedules are followed.
