Coordinate the daily activities of Residential Counselors and Overnight Counselors, ensuring the safety, well-being, and supervision of students residing in the Summer Residential Program.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residential incidents or concerns during program hours and assist with emergency response procedures.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students to support personal growth, leadership development, and college readiness while promoting a respectful, inclusive, and positive residential environment.
