10+ years RF engineering or SIGINT/EW experience
Experience with military tactical to operational EW employment
Strong understanding of radio frequency propagation
Software defined radios architecture familiarity
Project management and product deployment experience

Ability to work with minimal structure and direction
Prior military or government acquisition experience
SOF ground, maritime, or airborne SIGINT/EW operator background
Curriculum development and instructor experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years experience as RF engineer or SIGINT/EW operations lead
Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Willing to travel up to 50% including to hazard zones
Strong understanding of translating technical concepts into operational requirements
