Job Summary

  • As a Director, Employee Relations, at Gilead you will provide core ER support to assigned business functions, review and approve company-initiated separations, and support internal investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • The salary range for this position is: $210,375.00 - $272,250.00, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience
  • 2 years directly managing complex ER issues
  • PHR/SPHR or AWI certification a plus
  • Advanced degree can substitute for 2 years experience
