Job Summary
Cigna Realty Investors (CRI) is the real estate investment division of CIM, managing a diverse real estate portfolio focused on delivering superior long-term returns.
The Vice President will be responsible for producing new equity and debt investments, partnering with Asset Management to monitor and engage in capital market transactions for the existing portfolio.
This role requires generating new investments, independently negotiating agreements, leading credit material preparation, and coordinating all aspects of closing with internal and external partners.
