  • Assures adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics, while performing proposal negotiation and contract administration.
  • This role requires a people leader with direct management responsibility, including staffing and performance development, utilizing in-depth technical discipline knowledge and analytical thinking.
