PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition efforts in the Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) region. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the health sector, and will play a strategic role in developing talent pipelines and improving recruiting processes

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research and talent pipelines, and building strong relationships with client teams.
