Job Summary

  • Develop potential studies for POS teams, correlating opportunities with bricks visited by Medical Visits, in line with current Targeting & Segmentation (T&S) exercises.
  • Monitor T&S exercises monthly, ensuring optimal reach/coverage levels and issuing alerts on deviations or critical areas.
  • Analyze and communicate HCP/POS team performance through key indicators (IE, DDD, PX – ECCO) and generate actionable insights for District Managers and POS Supervisors.
