Job Summary
The Associate Robotic Training Engineer is responsible for assisting customers with product recommendations and identifying integration solutions for ESAB and EWM robotic solutions.
This role involves supporting North American integrators with new product introductions and collaborating with the Technical Solutions Manager on market strategies.
The position requires supporting the sales team in selling, training, and demonstrating ESAB Robotic Solutions, as well as maintaining the Denton Demo lab.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Welding Engineering or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in Robotic integration/welding
Demonstrated technical abilities in welding processes
Experience qualifying welding procedures
Ability to perform all welding processes robotically at instructor level
