Job Summary

  • Lead high-impact marketing strategies across up to 25 dealerships in California and Nevada, focusing on customer loyalty, satisfaction, sales, aftersales growth, and profitability.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to strengthen long-term customer relationships, leveraging internal technology and partnering with Store Leaders to enhance the customer experience.
  • The full salary range for this position is $80,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus potential, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
