Job Summary
The LPN provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.
Perform complete assessment data collection, under the supervision of an RN and / or provider, on all patients and maintain current knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
Interacts professionally with patient and family, involving them in patient education and cleaning and operating equipment correctly.
