Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements.
The position requires acting as a liaison between team members and the production supervisor to align resources and support associates in achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory performance goals.

Base: $25.50 - $38.39; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience performing all jobs in the area
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Ability to conduct 5S and safety audits
Strong written and oral communication skills

Associate degree in Technical or Business field
