Job Summary

  • You will set the strategic direction and lead the delivery of Legal technology platforms across the Group, accountable for platform outcomes, people leadership, vendor performance, and the ongoing evolution of Legal technology capability.
  • Lead, grow, and mature the Legal Technology Chapter, managing and developing high performing teams and fostering a high trust, high performance culture with clear accountability, structured development pathways, coaching, and a strong focus on wellbeing.
  • Partner with Legal stakeholders to shape and evolve the strategic application suite, ensuring platforms are effective, secure, well governed, and continuously improving, while managing vendor relationships, commercial performance, and cost optimisation.

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience within an engineering or technology chapter or practice model
  • Ability to translate legal, risk, and regulatory requirements into scalable, defensible technology solutions
