  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead facilities maintenance efforts for a significant portion of the Building Services team with responsibility for all US stores.
  • The Director, Operations Process role manages an extensive number of vendors to deliver major capital replacement projects, reactive repairs, and recurring maintenance services for our stores.
  • This role requires preparation and delivery of presentations and to all levels of the organization to communicate strategy, goals, and initiative timelines and results.

Key Requirements

  • 8 years minimum work experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 4 years management experience at The Home Depot preferred
