The primary purpose of this role is to lead facilities maintenance efforts for a significant portion of the Building Services team with responsibility for all US stores.
The Director, Operations Process role manages an extensive number of vendors to deliver major capital replacement projects, reactive repairs, and recurring maintenance services for our stores.
This role requires preparation and delivery of presentations and to all levels of the organization to communicate strategy, goals, and initiative timelines and results.

8 years minimum work experience
