The role requires evaluating patients within 24 hours of physician referral and developing effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
The incumbent will supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants and act as a clinical preceptor for affiliating Clinical Fellows and students.
Responsibilities include participating in utilization review meetings, discharge planning, and instructing families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
