Job Summary

  • Partner closely with the People & Experience leadership team, including direct support to the Chief People Officer, to deliver accurate, timely workforce and remuneration insights.
  • Own and administer key People Systems modules (SAP SuccessFactors) including Talent, Learning, Performance, Succession, and Compensation, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Deliver enterprise workforce, remuneration, and diversity reporting, translating data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations to enable better business outcomes.
