Job Summary
Partner closely with the People & Experience leadership team, including direct support to the Chief People Officer, to deliver accurate, timely workforce and remuneration insights.
Own and administer key People Systems modules (SAP SuccessFactors) including Talent, Learning, Performance, Succession, and Compensation, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Deliver enterprise workforce, remuneration, and diversity reporting, translating data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations to enable better business outcomes.
