** The PACS Group is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide daily care and services for residents according to their individual needs and care plans. The role emphasizes maintaining a warm environment while assisting residents with various personal care tasks and reporting any health changes to nursing staff. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
