Key Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years Franciscan coding experience or Associate's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Surgery coding experience required
• 5 years outpatient coding experience with CCS, CCS-P, CPC or RHIT/RHIA required
• CCS, CPC, or CCS-P certification required
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• 3 years coding manager or trainer/auditor preferred
• Travel rarely or never required
