Must-have

  • BS/MS/PhD in Microbiology with relevant experience
  • Hands-on bacteriology laboratory techniques
  • Experience with FDA and EMA regulatory guidance
  • Track record of successful regulatory submissions
  • Clinical trial design and GLP/GCP compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Proven ability to lead external research partnerships
  • Authorship of peer-reviewed publications
  • Proficiency in statistical methodologies and bioinformatics
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years experience with BS or 4+ years with PhD
  • Degree in Microbiology required
  • Experience translating data into actionable guidance
  • Knowledge of CLSI and EUCAST standards
