Must-have
BS/MS/PhD in Microbiology with relevant experience
Hands-on bacteriology laboratory techniques
Experience with FDA and EMA regulatory guidance
Track record of successful regulatory submissions
Clinical trial design and GLP/GCP compliance
Nice-to-have
Proven ability to lead external research partnerships
Authorship of peer-reviewed publications
Proficiency in statistical methodologies and bioinformatics
Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
15+ years experience with BS or 4+ years with PhD
Degree in Microbiology required
