• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the maintenance and reliability of our New Berlin facility, encompassing both the distribution center and office space.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the long-term reliability, availability, and safety of all facility assets, directly supporting distribution center optimization and operational excellence.
