The director ensures consistency of voice, drives employee engagement, and builds strong, trusted connections between leadership and the broader Agilent team.
Candidates must be available to work on-site at the Santa Clara, California headquarters three days a week or more.

Base: $180,000.00 - $281,250.00/yr; Bonus/Equity: Eligibility for bonus and stock; Benefits: Eligible for benefits
