Job Summary

  • Partnering with local Sales Managers and Customer Support teams to proactively manage customer needs, deliver customer-focused solutions, and ensure reliable field service performance aligned to expectations across the assigned territory.
  • Maintaining knowledge of local, provincial, and Canadian regulatory requirements and ensuring a compliant distribution network through leading with conformance, coaching, enforcement of internal procedures, and adherence to external regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of service/distribution/operations experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of service/distribution/operations experience
  • Ability to travel by vehicle and airplane
  • Current, valid Driver's License
  • Bilingual: English and Canadian French
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle)
