This role will work closely with the Finance Lead and stakeholders across Thiess, MACA, and PYBAR to support reconciliations, reporting, and process alignment during and after the migration.
You’ll be involved in GL and balance sheet reconciliations, journal development, EOM tool design, and training support.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
Strong experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or similar roles
ERP or finance system implementation project experience desirable
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
Business process documentation skills
Willingness to travel to Perth (minimum one week/month) or be based in Perth
