Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing policies, managing staff assignments, conducting quality assurance reviews, and assisting with government surveys to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires direct involvement in resident care planning, medication administration, emergency response coordination, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment for all residents and staff.
