Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year security, law enforcement or military experience preferred
  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • American Heart Association BLS certification within 90 days
  • Baton and pepper spray certification within 90 days
  • Assaultive Behavior Training Certification within 90 days
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Two years continuous California driving experience
  • No major driving convictions
  • No more than one moving citation in three years
  • No more than one at-fault accident in three years
