Must-have

  • Manage facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety equipment
  • Drive quality execution of preventive/predictive maintenance
  • Develop and implement programmatic methods for safe operation
  • Administer programs like Thermography, vibration analysis
  • Perform operational event and equipment failure investigations
  • Establish and monitor equipment reliability metrics
  • Develop/Improve maintenance procedures
  • Support commissioning activities for upgrades and renovations
  • Rank asset criticality using RCM approaches
  • Apply maintenance strategies and predictive technologies
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators

Nice-to-have

  • Champion skills matrix development for maintenance team
  • Experience in life sciences or R&D Lab environment

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years utility systems/management and/or facilities/plant management
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Marine, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years engineering experience
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
  • Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems
