90,000.00 – 146,040.00 USD per year

Manage facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety equipment
Drive quality execution of preventive/predictive maintenance
Develop and implement programmatic methods for safe operation
Administer programs like Thermography, vibration analysis
Perform operational event and equipment failure investigations
Establish and monitor equipment reliability metrics
Develop/Improve maintenance procedures
Support commissioning activities for upgrades and renovations
Rank asset criticality using RCM approaches
Apply maintenance strategies and predictive technologies
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators
Nice-to-have
Champion skills matrix development for maintenance team
Experience in life sciences or R&D Lab environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years utility systems/management and/or facilities/plant management
Bachelor of Science degree in Marine, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years engineering experience
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis
Familiarity with CMMS systems
