Eversource Energy is seeking a Team Leader for Financial and Performance Systems who will manage existing systems and drive innovations in technology. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office work at least three days a week, and is ideal for candidates with strong leadership and extensive experience in financial systems

Job Summary

  • The Team Leader, Financial and Performance Systems manages, maintains and improves current financial and performance systems and develops and supports pursuit and implementation of innovative new technologies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Performance Management team stakeholders at all levels to determine business requirements and ensure completion of deliverables on time.
  • Lead and develop direct reports (3+ FTE’s) and guide them through challenging situations to achieve desired success.

  • Demonstrated team leadership and development experience
