Responsible for maintenance and repair of advanced medical equipment such as the Mako robotic arm surgery support system, navigation systems, surgical waste and smoke management systems, and electric stretchers used in ambulances.
Tasks include on-site and in-house repair of medical equipment, management and execution of periodic maintenance inspections, proposing service programs tailored to customer needs, and managing repair parts inventory.
Focus on investigating failure causes to improve processes and ensure efficient and effective repair responses, supporting customers in the safe and secure use of medical devices.
