Salary
Base: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits for employees regularly scheduled to work 20+ hours per week

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License
1 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist
