Salary
Base: $132,000 - $193,600; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for company bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years IT leadership in GMP regulated industry
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems
Knowledge of FDA guidelines and GMP requirements
Proficiency in ITIL frameworks for service management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice-to-have
Experience with QC and QA systems
Familiarity with Agile and LEAN methodologies
Understanding of cloud computing and IoT applications
Previous experience with ISA-95 architecture framework
Demonstrated creativity in solving complex problems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
7+ years of IT leadership experience in GMP regulated industry
Proven track record managing complex IT projects within scope and budget
