Job Summary

  • The Training and Education team is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving product training for associates and customers using MMS solutions.
  • This role is dedicated to ensuring that all product training and education adhere to industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and effectively address business and customer needs.
  • The primary focus of this role will be on Parata Max Family of products/solutions for Field Service and Customer with support extended to all other MMS solutions as needed.
