Job Summary
Proactively create opportunities through telesales and phone sales, focusing on maintenance contract conversions, renegotiations, and new digital services for core 2 and core 3 customers.
Responsible for creating, qualifying, and communicating leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team, including handling inbound and outbound telesales and ensuring successful conversions with existing and new maintenance customers.
