Job Summary

  • Oversee and manage the environmental services department in our Long Term Care home with a focus on technical expertise and proactive maintenance.
  • Achieve Resident & Family Satisfaction and Employee Engagement targets while ensuring Health & Safety risks are minimized or eliminated.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to maximize resident satisfaction and maintain environmental services in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisor experience
