The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director as soon as practical.
This on-call role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and adherence to strict policies regarding blood/body fluid exposure and resident privacy.

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
