Job Summary

  • This position involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient conditions and develop patient-centered treatment plans across 10 inpatient units.
  • The role offers per diem staff the opportunity to train on diverse psychiatric diagnoses including mood disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders before assisting with residential coverage.
  • Per diem float staff are paired with a LICSW supervisor at no cost and participate in twice-monthly group supervision to ensure adequate support.

Key Requirements
