Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce Users regionally in Central and Eastern Europe (L1S), manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and deliver documentation on how to use Salesforce Solution.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately, monitor data quality, integrity and user adoption, and manage elevated access requests.
