Job Summary

  • You have the opportunity to provide overall technical leadership and be responsible for end-to-end software development and release in and for the China market, ensuring quality and compliance for relevant Ultrasound product lines.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, define software development plans, and implement Lean/Agile/CI CD/Code Review/Automation Test processes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • You are part of a progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business, with a direct reporting line to the GRC System & Software Manager and cross-functional teams as key partners.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience

  • Ability to work within a cross-functional organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Structured problem analysis and solving
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Communicating in both English and Chinese
  • Support medical device regulatory registration
