Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
Knowledge of Progressive Mobility Protocol
Ability to lift over 100 pounds occasionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Previous patient care assistant experience preferred
Therapy or PT/OT rehab technician background
Nursing student status with completed clinical rotation
Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
Interest in process improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
None required; 1 year Patient Care Assistant experience preferred
6 months therapy experience preferred
Nursing student with first clinical rotation completed
