Responsibilities include front-line local support for IT aspects in Osaka, Linux/Windows/MAC installations, troubleshooting, and assisting users with daily problem-solving.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years' continued experience in IT role
Experience troubleshooting Network systems in global environment
Experience troubleshooting Linux & Windows & MAC systems
Experience with systems tools including SCCM
Experience working on projects & ability to drive initiatives
