Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years' continued experience in IT role
  • Experience troubleshooting Network systems in global environment
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux & Windows & MAC systems
  • Experience with systems tools including SCCM
  • Experience working on projects & ability to drive initiatives
