Job Summary
The OpEx Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Supply Chain organization by leading process optimization initiatives, supporting performance management, coordinating governance meetings, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits.
This role will also oversee cost-saving programs, monitor strategic projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with enterprise objectives.
The OpEx Manager will identify and analyze process inefficiencies, lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and develop/implement standard operating procedures.
