Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines with a focus on the resident assessment process.
• The role requires accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change evaluations.
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products and maintain all required continuing education and licensing requirements with the State Board of Nursing.
