Job Summary

• Assist customers with product application issues, provide application examples or documents, and teach customers how to use the products, as well as provide pre-consultation and post-product technical support for specific integration projects.
• Analyze customer application issues by replicating them after receiving field information from global FAEs, and collaborate with the product department's RD to resolve problems.
• During the new product development phase, evaluate and test product applications from a customer's perspective, and provide suggestions to the product department to enhance user-friendly functions in terms of user-friendly interfaces and special software/hardware applications.
