  • Lead agile delivery for multiple cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and transparency.
  • Serve as a Lean-Agile champion and change agent, protecting teams from distractions and ensuring a healthy, productive environment while collaborating with Product Owners on backlog management.
  • Define, create, and manage agile performance metrics across the portfolio for the organization through dashboards and reports, while staying abreast of and sharing agile/scrum best practices.
